Add top-level README, .gitignore, and per-component directories (recording, labeling backend/frontend, training, inference, control) with READMEs and pyproject.toml/package skeletons per CLAUDE.md §2-3. # Labeling Tool — Frontend

UI for the bounding-box labeling tool (image canvas with drawable/editable boxes,

class picker, dataset/set navigation). Framework not yet chosen — deferred until this
|
|
component is actively built.
|
|
|
|
